Answer: A Port-Wine Stain
Nevus spilus is a common but rare finding in phakaomatosis pigmentovascularis Type 4, which may also have port-wine stain, nevus spilus, dermal melanocytosis and nevus anemicus. Types 1 and 2 have the presence of epidermal nevi.
