Dr. Finch serves as assistant professor in the department of dermatology as well as director of the center for cutaneous laser surgery and director of clinical photography at the University of Connecticut-Farmington. He is the author of numerous peer-reviewed research publications, oral and poster presentations, book chapters and is the member of several professional societies.
Dr. Finch has extensive research experience in various topics important to dermatology including the photography, indexing and archiving of more than 7,000 clinical, dermatoscopic and microscopic photos; immunohistochemical characterization of skin biopsies; fungal melanonychia, toenail onychomycosis, among others.
