Andrea Murina, MD is an Associate Professor of Dermatology and Associate Program Director at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. She completed medical school training at Louisiana State University in New Orleans and residency training at Tulane University, where she served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Murina practices medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology in New Orleans. She directs the dermatology clinics at the University Medical Center in New Orleans. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the Women’s Dermatologic Society and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She is the author of multiple scientific papers and book chapters. Her areas of interest include resident and medical education, dermatologist burnout and skin diseases in skin of color.
