Originally from Chattanooga, TN, Shailey attended Wake Forest School of Medicine where she developed a strong interest in dermatology. Her interests include inflammatory skin diseases, dermatopathology, procedural dermatology, and the intersection of integrative medicine and biomedical science. She is passionate about advancing equitable access to dermatologic care and hopes to work with underserved populations both in the United States and globally.
